4) AI Features and Image/Text Processing
Alongo is a virtual home layout tool that helps you plan interior design using AI. When you use AI features, you may upload a photo of your room and optionally provide text (e.g., style preferences).
- Processing location: uploads are processed on Alongo’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded images or generation prompts with any third party.
- Deletion after processing: uploads are deleted promptly (typically immediately after processing) once outputs are delivered.
- User control: you decide whether to upload content and generate AI outputs.
- No face recognition / biometrics: we do not use photos for biometric identification or sensitive trait inference.
- Not used for training/marketing: uploads are not used to train models and are not used for marketing.
- Default storage: results are intended to be stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose features that require server-side delivery.
AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your needs. Please use your judgment before relying on any AI-generated layout.
5) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, authentication, core features).
- Deliver requested features (including AI generation) and improve user experience.
- Personalize content and preferences (where enabled).
- Improve and develop the Service (debugging, analytics, performance).
- Security and fraud prevention, and protect rights and safety.
- Customer support and communications.
- Legal compliance and enforcing our terms.
We do not sell personal information.
7) International Data Transfers
